A Christmas Celebration to Remember in Bicester

At the beginning of December, we were invited to help a local company, Evolito, in Bicester put on a Christmas party for their team and their families by providing the event marquees for their celebration. What made it a little different was the location — their own car park — which, for one day, became the backdrop for a proper festive get-together.

The marquee was the base for Santa’s sleigh, reindeer, food vans and even a snowboarding simulator and space for the families to enjoy the entertainment.

And with Evolito leading the way in electric-powered flight, it was hard not to joke that Santa’s sleigh had gone electric for the occasion — smooth, silent and perfectly at home in Bicester for the day.

Despite a few last-minute changes along the way, everything came together on the day, and the focus stayed exactly where it should be — creating a relaxed, enjoyable experience for everyone there.

The client later shared this feedback with us, which perfectly sums up the spirit of the day:

“I would like to say a massive thank you to you and the team. You really made the impossible feel possible with all our changes and last-minute tweaks; all the team was so friendly and welcoming and really suited all our needs.

Thank you for all the hard work, planning and time we really appreciate it.

Same time next year?”

Comments like this mean a great deal to us.

As the year comes to a close, we’d like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Here’s to more festive moments, shared memories and celebrations in the year ahead ✨
