It really depends on the size of your event and the location. Some locations have toilet facilities and others do not. If you are planning a large event we highly recommend that you hire toilets.
This is very much dependent on the time of year and length of the event. For example an event that is just in the middle of the day will not need lighting as you can choose to have lots of windows to let in natural light.
